What You'll Do

  • Recruitment in the area of software delivery (project management, software development, QA, UX, tech support) and back office
  • Sourcing candidates from external and internal databases
  • Evaluating and selecting the most effective recruitment channels and tactics for each sourcing/recruitment project
  • Verification of candidates’ language skills
  • Coordinating recruitment processes internally
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new hires
  • Participating in employer branding projects and activities
  • Participating in other hard HR and soft HR processes eg. Career Paths, Ongoing Feedback, or Salary Benchmarking.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Specialist / IT Recruiter / Junior Recruiter
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Proven English oral and written communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Interest in new technologies would be an advantage
