What are the five words that people would use to describe you?
Some of them would say I am completely crazy :) But they also see me as an emotional but down-to-earth woman, who is empathetic, impatient and a little stubborn. Which is basically true, I think.
When did you know you wanted to be a Project Manager?
When I started to work in the video gaming industry and I supported others with organising their work. Unexpectedly I became a liaison between the company and the video game publishers. When we released our first product, I felt that was something I wanted to continue in the future.
What is your favorite thing about your job and why?
An addictive feeling of satisfaction because I created something great together with people I like to spend my time with.
What would people never guess about you?
I open jars better than most of men. When I was a kid I petted a ladybug. As a teenager, I used to draw a lot, I had a graphic table and planned to become a designer.
What motivates you?
People I work with. When I see motivated people around me who want to be successful, I want to be a part of this group. I believe helping each other can shorten the process of achieving the goal.
What is your favorite FM project and why?
My very first project at FM - a mobile app to help a growing ag-tech firm manage inventory.. I learnt a lot being an APM on this project and I love the team I work with.
Where do you look for inspiration?
Let me repeat myself - in people. All inspirational books, films and other products are made by people. Talking with them is even much more effective.
What are you afraid of?
I am usually afraid of failures, but I am still working on accepting the fact that failures are part of any improvement. Also, I am anxious about clowns.
What’s the last book you read?
Furry Logic: The Physics of Animal Life
What’s the most memorable place you’ve been to?
There are plenty of memorable places I have been to, but if I must choose one, I would say that the wooden little house, which my grandparents used to have long time go. As a kid I spent every summer playing there with other children.

Where do you want to be in 10 years?
Sitting over the weekend on a piece of my own little patio, looking at the sun while drinking a Daiquiri, with the knowledge I have done something good during the past 10 years.
Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
My mom because she is a superhero. She was able to work, continue academic studies, take care of our home and raise two children at the same time. I still don’t know how she did it, so she must have some hidden powers.
