More about Andrew
Andrew is the CEO and sole owner of Freeport Metrics since 2018, after co-founding the company in 2009. Originally from the US, Andrew has lived in Poland for over 20 years. Outside of work, he’s a father of three boys and enjoys cooking, dancing tango, and seeking time in the ocean.
With 25 years of experience in architecting digital products and leading multi-disciplinary product teams, Andrew has worked across commercial, non-profit, and governmental sectors. His career began as a project manager and software engineer at Sapient Corporation, where he helped create an online brokerage, a joint venture between companies in Zurich and San Francisco.
A fun fact: During his studies at Brown University, Andrew was the tech lead for an educational startup in the financial services industry. He’s always eager to connect and welcomes anyone interested in a conversation.

With over 20 years of experience managing complex projects in technology and banking, Krzysztof is dedicated to ensuring that every Freeport Metrics project is delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
Having led teams at Accenture and Netcompany, he brings a wealth of expertise in project delivery, risk management, and client communication.
Krzysztof’s focus is on creating a smooth and predictable process, ensuring that our clients can trust us to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Since joining Freeport Metrics in 2022, Mariusz has led design teams to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional user experiences. His collaborative leadership and sharp eye for detail ensure every project meets the highest standards.
Mariusz believes that “good design, when done well, becomes invisible.” Whether mapping user journeys or solving complex design challenges, he treats every project as an opportunity to learn, innovate, and deliver value.

As a Software Architect and Technical Lead with over 15 years of experience, Joanna thrives on solving complex problems and delivering reliable, scalable solutions. Her expertise spans multiple industries - Insurance, Banking, Gaming, and Healthcare, where she’s led teams, designed architectures, and worked with many technologies.
At Freeport Metrics (since 2022), Joanna has been instrumental in shaping solutions and mentoring teams to achieve technical excellence. She’s passionate about learning new methodologies and approaches to software development, so that she can “attack” each challenge in the most efficient way possible.
Joanna’s leadership style balances technical rigor with collaboration, making her a trusted voice in project delivery.
