Most of FMers that join our team as juniors take ca. one year to move to the mid-level position, and then another two to three years to move to senior. However, we recognize that everyone is different and we all progress at various paces, so don’t worry if you feel you’re not making enough progress - just talk to your manager. We are committed to helping you grow throughout the year (and not only during our annual performance review).
